SwipeWiser provides a range of services to enable seniors to get the most out of their Apple devices.  We support  iPhone, iPad, Apple watch, AirPods and Mac computers.

What services are available?

We provide tech support and training specifically designed for older adults.

Our services are provided remotely, and are nationwide.

Our Support team is specially trained to work with older adults and address their specific needs patiently and clearly.

What are our hours ?

Tech support services are available Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm EST. If you have a question or problem after hours, please email us at support@swipewiser.com.

I’m a caregiver or adult child. Can I book a service for my Mom or Dad?

Yes, you can. 

Do I need separate memberships for my wife and I?

No,  a membership is for all members of a houseold.

What languages do we support?

Currently, we only support English.

What are Community services?

We work with local support organizations to provide seniors with no-cost technical support for their Apple devices.
