With key chain, your user names, passwords, credit card numbers, and personal information, such as address, can be safely and securely stored, and synced across all your devices.

Then, when you’re using Safari, you can then easily log in to sites using the usernames and passwords, or auto-fill shipping and credit card information. You can also use usernames and passwords stored in Keychain while logging into third-party apps.
