Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time.

How do I engage support ?

Provide details of your support needs at our  helpdesk, and we will arrange a convenient time to get on a call with you.

Are one on one meetings in person?

No. The meetings will be done using video conferencing.

Can I invite friends to one on one training

Yes, and at no additional cost

How do I decide on training ?

We will work with you to determine your needs and create a  training plan.

Do I need to use my support minutes all at once ?

No, you can use your support minutes for multiple issues at different times.

What happens if I use up all my support minutes?

Additional support and training can be purchased for $20 per 30 minutes. 

What are the hours

Tech support services are available Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm EST. If you have a question or problem after hours, we have a support line you can call.
